Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Incorrect size delivered (size other than ordered)

  • In all other cases, customers may opt for:

  • Product Exchange, or

  • e-Voucher (valid for 1 year)

Free Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are free of cost if:

  • Wrong product is delivered (incorrect style or incomplete set)

  • Wrong size is delivered (size other than ordered)

  • Product is damaged

  • Note: The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges in cases that come under legal scrutiny.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are permitted only for products or sizes of the same price.

Return / Exchange Intimation Process

To initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation, the customer may:

⏱️ Customers must contact within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Details Required for Return Request

  • Order Number

  • Courier Docket Number / AWB Number

  • Reason for Return

Guidelines for a Valid Return

  • Product and accessories (if any) must be unused and in original condition

  • Original tags must be intact and returned

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Jewelry

  • Masks

  • Fragrances

  • Stationery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once cancelled, the entire order amount will be refunded.

⚠️ Partial order cancellations are not accepted.

 The complete order must be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days after:

  • Receiving the refund request, and

  • Authorization of the refund

  • Refund amount is expected to be credited within 4–8 business days

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on:

  • Banks

  • Payment gateways

  • External couriers (for cheques)

Mode of Refund

  • Online Payments:

     Refund will be credited back to the same account/card used for purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

     Refund will be processed via NEFT.
